Terms and Conditions
Returns: Returned merchandise must be approved prior
to actual return. Requests for returns, exchanges
or replacements must be made with 10 business days of receipt of item. Claims for damages, defective or misdirected
shipped items must be made with5 days of receipt if we are to accept
responsibility of replacement. Refund
will NOT include shipping fees – no matter the circumstance. The customer shall be responsible of the
return shipping costs.
USE OF WEBSITE: The website is intended to be used for information and promotions
of Oh How Cute products and
merchandise. Images, text, or any part
therein of the site’s contents or images may not be copied, reproduced or
downloaded without the written permission by
Oh How Cute. Once a
request is approved by Oh How Cute, products may be shown or
retail websites and/or catalog. Credit shall be given to artist, S. Bowman.
E-tailers wishing to download and use The Starving Artist’s designs and images/text for the purpose of
promotion and sale on their website, must comply with these terms and
conditions, including but not limited to meeting the minimum order
requirements.
Personalized Items: Personalized
items may not be returned for a refund. Please print clearly. Do not use any
abbreviations. When an error is made by Oh How Cute, we will re-do
the order at no extra charge. Customer or dealer errors are the responsibility
of the dealer. Almost all work can be
personalized for a $6 charge. Please
call and verify wording due to limited space.
